If you experience a situation where you have exited out of your app and on the Command.App dashboard there are no available or active apps in either list, there is a simple solution. This problem is most likely linked to jumping onto different WiFi networks and your information locking down on your device.
Step 1)
If you haven’t already, touch the right hamburger menu while inside your app and touch the EXIT button at the bottom of the screen.
Step 2)
Once on the Command.App dashboard, where there is typically a LOG OUT button located in the top-center of your screen, there will be a back button. Simply touch the back button and it will relaunch your credentials and allow you to see your ACTIVE apps.
If you have an AVAILABLE update that you believe should be visible in the AVAILABLE list, confirm you are connected to a WiFi network and repeat step 2.

If the solution above doesn’t fix the problem, follow the steps below.
Alternative Solution
These steps will walk you through the process of closing your Command.App application completely and relaunching it.
Step 1)
Double tap the home button on your iPad or on an Android device, touch the ⬛ to display your active apps and swipe away to close it completely.

Step 2)
Relaunch Command.App from your home screen, being sure that you are connected to WiFi.
